1. What we sell. We sell final expense leads to licensed insurance agents for business use. A lead is the contact details of a Pennsylvania consumer who requested information. We are not an insurance carrier or agency, and we do not sell insurance or give insurance advice.
2. Who can buy. Pennsylvania-licensed insurance agents only. A valid license number is required at checkout, and you confirm that what you give us is accurate. If we cannot verify your license, we cancel the order and refund you in full.
3. Price and payment. $20 per lead, in orders of 10 to 50. New accounts pay $15 per lead for their first 10 leads, once per account and per license number. Payment is taken in full at checkout by card through Stripe. Our fee is a flat price per lead. It does not depend on whether you sell any policy, and we do not take commissions or share in premiums.
4. Exclusivity. A lead delivered to you will not be sold to another agent.

6. Short deliveries. If we deliver fewer leads than you ordered, we refund the price of the undelivered leads to your original payment method.
7. All sales final. Leads are time-sensitive, and whether a person buys depends on your follow-up, so we do not offer returns, refunds, or replacements on delivered leads, including leads who do not answer or do not buy. What we control, and promise, is who the lead is, that the number was confirmed by a text code, and that the lead is delivered only to you. We make no promise of sales, income, or results.
8. Your responsibilities. You will contact leads lawfully, including federal telemarketing and text-message rules, do-not-call rules, and Pennsylvania insurance law. Pennsylvania's wiretapping law generally requires everyone's consent to record a call, so follow it. Keep your license in good standing, do not resell, share, or publish leads, and do not misrepresent yourself or us to a lead.
9. Payment concerns. If you have a concern about a charge, email us first so we can fix it quickly. Filing a chargeback instead may lead us to suspend your account.
10. Suspension. We may refuse or cancel an order, or suspend an account, that breaks these terms or the law. We will refund any leads we did not deliver.
11. Limit of liability. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit. These terms are governed by Pennsylvania law.
12. Changes. We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. Effective date: [DATE].
1. Who we are. This policy covers the agents who buy from Zero BS Leads. The consumers who submit lead forms are covered by the privacy policy on those forms.
2. What we collect. Your name, email, phone, agency, and PA license number; your order details and our messages with you; basic technical data such as browser type and IP address when you visit or sign in; and payment details, which Stripe handles. We never see or store your full card number.
3. How we use it. To verify your license, process and deliver your orders, support you, prevent fraud, meet legal requirements, and contact you about your account and orders.
4. Who we share it with. Only the services that run our business, such as payment, email, hosting, and login providers, and when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Security and breaches. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfect. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as Pennsylvania law requires.
6. How long we keep it. As long as needed to run your account and to meet tax, legal, and record-keeping needs.
7. Your choices. Email us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We will respond promptly, subject to records we must keep by law.
8. Children. Our service is for licensed insurance professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18.
